Supporting Supervisors: A Training in Reflective Supervision June 2019
YWCA Patterson and McDaniel Family Center

  • Demonstrate the application of reflective supervision
  • Explore the parallel processes that occurs between the therapeutic and supervisory relationships
  • Outline the developmental phases of supervisees and supervisory relationships
